Why is this important?

In order for Stanley’s AI to create, manage, and optimize campaigns, the app needs access to the customer’s business page, Instagram account, ad account, and payment method. Any small block in Meta can stop the process. This guide summarizes all the common issues, warning signs, and solutions—so you can help users with self-service or support.

2. “I do not have a business account on Meta”

Solution: Click the link here , select Create Business and fill in a business name and email.

3. “I do not have a Facebook page for my business”

Solution: Go to Business Suite › settings › pages › Create Page or use an existing page › fill the details for your page.

4. “My Instagram is private, and the app does not recognize it”

Solution: Open Instagram › Settings › Account › Switch to > Business.

Then connect the account to Facebook Business Suite.

5. “My Instagram account is not connected to my Facebook page”

Solution: Go to Business Suite › Settings › Instagram Accounts › Connect.

first make sure your instegram connected to your business account, then click on "pages" > "connect assest"

6. “I don’t see an ad account”

Solution: Business Settings › Ad Accounts › Add › Create New.

7. “Meta asks to ‘add a payment method’”

Solution: Business Settings › Payment Methods › Add Payment Method › Enter a card or PayPal.

8. “I’m not allowed to select a page/account – ‘You are not an admin’”

Solution: The page owner goes to Business Settings › People › Add › selects you and checks Admin Access.

9. “I forgot my Facebook/Instagram password”

Solution: Click Forgot Password → Receive a code via SMS or email → Create a new password.

10. “I see a message about ‘Account Limit’ or ‘Too Many Requests’”

Solution:

To limit the rate – wait a few minutes and try again; this usually works.

To limit the account – go to Account Quality on Facebook and check if you need to confirm anything.

11. “I don’t see a business account on my Facebook”

Solution:

Make sure you have a business account, if not, open a new business account at the link: https://business.facebook.com > Log in to your Facebook account > Create the business account.

12. "The app does not recognize my Facebook page"

Solution:

Please make sure that your Facebook page is linked to your business portfolio in Meta, as in the example:

Final tip

After completing all the steps – log out of your Facebook and Instagram accounts on your computer and smartphone, log back in, then return to our app and click Connect. Ninety percent of problems are solved this way.
