Guide to Registering with the Stanley Marketing App and Connecting Social Networks

Purpose of the Guide – To provide new and existing users with a clear, concise, and visual process from registration to connecting Facebook and Instagram accounts, allowing them to start creating organic and sponsored campaigns in minutes.

Detailed Steps

1. Downloading the App

  1. Open the App Store or Google Play

  2. Search for “Stanley Marketing” and install.

2. Creating a New Account

Steps

Email and Password

1. Tap Sign Up. 2. Enter full name, email, and a unique password. 3. Confirm the terms of use and hit Create Account.

Google OAuth

1. Tap Continue with Google. 2. Select an active Google account. 3. Grant basic profile access permissions.

Apple Sign In

1. Tap Continue with Apple (iOS only). 2. Authenticate using Face ID / Touch ID. 3. Choose to share real or masked email.

The system will send a verification code (OTP) to the email – enter it to complete the registration.

3. Onboarding Questionnaire

Upon first login, an introduction chat will appear:

  1. Business Field – Select (Retail, Services, E-Commerce…).

  2. Target Audience – Demographic features, geographic area.

  3. Marketing Goals – Brand awareness, leads, direct sales.

Note: You can edit any answer later in “Settings” > “Business Details”

4. Connecting Social Networks

  1. On the home screen tap ☰ Menu or ⚙️ Settings.

  2. Select Social Media Accounts.



  3. Tap “Facebook”

  4. The official Facebook login window will open:


    • Business Manager – select the appropriate business portfolio.


    • Facebook Page – the business page linked to the business portfolio.


    • Ad Account – the ad account from which you want to advertise.

  5. After completing these actions successfully, you will return to the Stanley app to reselect your social media accounts.

Perform the same actions for Instagram - select the business Instagram account linked to the Facebook page.

5. Creating the First Campaign

  1. Return to the home screen → tap + New Campaign.


  2. Start a conversation with Stanley to create a campaign.

  3. Select Organic Post or Paid Ad.

  4. Enter text, images, or video.

  5. Set audiences and budget (for sponsored ads).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. “The system can't find my ad account.” Solution: Ensure that the Ad Account is linked to the same Business Manager that was selected.

  2. “I don't have a business Instagram account.” Solution: Turn Instagram account into business: “Settings” > “Account Type” > “Business”.
